YEEDEX has done the strategic investment on CHYI DING TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.(CHD), the share subscription agreement was signed on 2021/04/20. In semiconductor application, CHD mainly provide the mini-environment control equipment to monitor and remove airborne molecular contamination(AMC). YEEDEX and CHD will co-develop the advanced product especially applied in photolithography process in semiconductor industry.
